    In 2000, 20 years after the development of MES, ISA (American Society of Instruments, Systems and Automation) has released the ISA-SP95 standard, established MOM (Production Operations Management System), and built a general activity model for the four main operating areas of production, maintenance, quality and inventory defining the functions of various operating systems and the connections between the various functional modules. The definition of MOM( Manufacturing Operations Management) in IEC/ISO 62264 is the process of converting raw materials or parts into products by coordinating the personnel, equipment, material and energy resources of enterprise. It encompasses the process executed by physical devices, people, information systems, and also the control and management about scheduling, capacity, product definitions, historical information, production device information, and other related resource status information also are included.
